In the tradition of the Tour de France, the Paper Roads Opperman Musette is a simple flat bag for light duties, with a few thoughtful added features adapted for daily commutes, a spin to the shops or as an extra packable bag for carrying food while bikepacking or touring. The cross-chest strap design prevents the bag from swinging forwards while riding.
Style 1: Challenge Sailcloth Ultragrid – this fabric feels tougher than it appears. The grid is woven with UHMWPE fibres, the face is C0 DWR coated and the reverse is PU coated to 1500mm. Made without a lining layer to keep it lightweight.
Style 2: (LIMITED QUANTITIES) Hyper D – a supple diamond grid nylon outer, lined with PU coated orange nylon inner. A very stuffable bag. Hyper D is very annoying to cut by hand but an amazing fabric for musettes, so this is an occasionally made product!
