  • Paper Roads is an online shop, with a private property physical location in central Auckland. The home workshop is only open for visitation by appointment - typically for setups that can't be sorted out with info provided on this website or questions that can't be answered by email.

Spring Schedule

  • Apologies, the schedule is full up to 2nd October. (21st Sept – 2nd Oct are production weeks for the revised and new pannier designs & stock items.)
  • October is open for orders.
  • Raglan 500: tentatively away 23rd – 28th October
  • Away overseas 5th – 20th November
  • Framebag orders: your order will get allocated a week and it usually takes 1 week to complete.

If you have an enquiry, please get in touch using the form below. I'll try to reply within 2 working days, but when my fingers are sewing, they can't be typing!

Before arriving for your appointment, please:

1/ Come organised and visualise what you're packing - lay out ALL your gear at home and put them in groups of where you want them on the bike. (It's hard to help you if you have no plan).

2/ Know before you visit or buy - refer to product info & specs that are documented on this website.

3/ Be prepared to keep your appointment to 45mins – happy to help, but bear in mind the workshop is a production space.

4/ Remove bottle cages or things mounted on the handlebars if you plan to have bags fitted in those places. You can get a Bar Riser to relocate the gadgets.

5/ Learn about the art of packing your bike here or on bikepacking.com – every bike & journey is different, be prepared to spend multiple hours fiddling with your setup at home.
